Great experience at Taco Cabo! The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I got the steak burrito and it was cooked perfectly. I sat outside next to the Yampa river while eating my food and it was such a serene setting. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Locals' favorite. Good menu. It can take a minute to get your food if it's busy - you order and pay at the counter, take your number, find a table, and wait. Lots of outdoor seating, right on the river, under the shade of a huge, old tree. A surprising amount of indoor seating, although the riverside tables fill first.

Impeccable. Upscale. Amazing. This is hands down the most chic, vibrant, and charming taco restaurant you’ll ever step into. From the atmosphere to the food, everything is elevated to a whole new level. What truly sets this place apart is the owner, Ken. He’s one of those rare, genuine, and charismatic people you feel lucky to meet. Ken creates a completely personalized experience that makes you feel like the most important person in the room. He goes above and beyond, ensuring every single dish that comes out of his kitchen is nothing short of gourmet and absolutely exquisite. If you're looking for incredible food and unforgettable vibes, this is the place you want to be all year round.

We had a round of burritos today at Taco Cabo! I tried the Al Pastor, the kids had the carnitas, and my husband had the carne asada. Everything came out of the kitchen so hot and fresh. They make everything from scratch and it really shows. I love how they grilled the burritos after they were rolled—that’s how I make them at home and I loved that extra detail. So good! I also enjoyed watching one of the cooks make fresh corn tortillas. I was impressed. I would stop again and would recommend you give them a try!

We had so much fun at Taco Cabo yesterday! My friends and I were visiting for a birthday before we hit the hot springs. It was pretty busy but we were able to find great outdoor seating in front of the restaurant. We happened to be there while the owner, Kent, was there and It was a pleasure to meet him. He even shared some of his homemade bread with us! The tacos were delicious, so were the mezcal margs. Overall, a very nice experience and I can’t wait to come back!

from what we ordered, I recommend the beef tongue, and beef strips. Personally the ground beef isn’t tasty as I expected. Hard to describe. The beef with fries is also well tasty! The drink is good as well! Great restaurant! Would recommend!

Cute little restaurant with excellent staff. Food was great and the owner was walking around checking on tables and chatting with people. We had asked for a hot sauce and he gave us a new one he was creating to try. We loved it so much he sent us home with some from his personal stash! That personal touch is a huge part of the local experience we loved about this place. This restaurant has definitely become a new favorite when we visit.
